It’s 100% mature Italian hard cheese baked in a super special oven, a process which heralds an evolutionary leap for cheese! It’s liberated from the fridge, can be safely delivered by post and offers an entirely new crunchy cheese experience.
Ingredients: Italian hard cheese (cow's milk, salt, microbial rennet) 97%, Seasoning 3% (onion powder, sugar, molasses powder, salt, natural flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid, shallot onion powder).
